We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. At Vortexa, we strive to make the cancellation process as easy as possible.

How to Cancel Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. You can reach us via email at vortexashops@gmail.com or by phone at 9971882776. Please provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Timeframe

• Before Shipment: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.
• After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our Returns Policy. You can return the item(s) once you receive them, and we will process your refund minus any applicable shipping costs.

Exceptions

Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed. These include:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Final sale items
• Items marked as non-cancellable or non-returnable in the product description
• Any drone purchased as this is an built on demand store for drones

Refund Process

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. If your order has already been shipped and you are returning the item(s), we will process your refund once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.
